NEGOITA-ASSOCIATION-PRESIDENT / Valentin Negoita is the President of the of the IT&C Equipment Producers and Distributors Association

Bucharesti (MEDIA EXPRES) / September 25 2003 / Valentin Negoita is the president of the IT&C Equipment Producers and Distributors Association (APDETIC), organisation whose goal is to develop the IT&C equipment sector and market in Romania, to mentain a constant dialogue with the governmental and legislative institutions, and to promote the moral and professional behaviour regulations in the companies that produce and distibute in this field.

According to the APDETIC President, Valentin Negoita, the Association will be an efficient defence, representation and promotion factor for the professional interests of the companies in this sector, and it will also support the progress in this field, by suggesting effective measures for the business IT&C background, which is a national market of about EUR400 million anually. At the same time, APDETIC will also militate for the IT&C industry to offer best quality products and services for the Romanian users and will also promote the access of larger user categories to the information technology sector.

Among the APDETIC members there are companies like Agis Computer, Flamingo Computers, Gemini SP, Grup Transilvae, Hewlett-Packard Romania, K-tech Electronics, Lasting, MGT Educational, Scop Computers, Tornado Sistems, Trend Import-Export.

Until the summer of 2003, Negoita has been an Executive Director for the Romanian Cable Communications Association.
